The Chief of Staff is an appointed officer of ASOC Senate. The Chief of Staff is a paid position ($10.00/hr). Duties include:

Campus Dining is once again offering their food safety trainings for student organizations. If you plan on serving food at any of your events this year, make sure you have at least one, probably a few people who are trained. You must have someone who has been food safety trained at any event where you are serving food. You’ll need to RSVP to dining@oxy.edu to save your seat. The dates for this year’s trainings are:
It’s that time for all clubs to attend one of the fall club assemblies. This year will feature updates on a few policies and an intro to some new resources. If you are a representative of a student organization, make sure someone from your group is there. If your group is not represented by at least one person, you will not be permitted to operate this semester.
There are three possible dates you can attend. All sessions will run noon to about 1:30pm in Fowler 202.
