The primary goal of the Occidental College Upward Bound Project is to assist students who are; 1) first generation college bound student 2) comes from a low income background, and 3) intends to enroll in and graduate from postsecondary programs of education. The Project selects students who have the potential for success in college but have yet to demonstrate it!
